Ive got KCNC Skewers on my bike, and they weigh in at 44g for the pair.

 

Carlo, you could loose quite a bit of weight if you change from the ITM components to Easton...

 

Stem  - ITM 189g vs. Easton EA90 116g (100mm)

Bars - ITM 278g vs. Easton EC90SLX 195g (44cm)

Seatpost - Felt 217g - Easton EC90 178g

 

and like parra said the calipers - DA 324g vs. Zero G Ti 174g (inc. pads)

(All actual weights measured from parts off my bike)

 

Thats a weight saving of 345g, which would make your bike illegal! Big%20smile

 

BTW, it looks stunning now with those Easton wheels! Great choice!

Damn dude...had no idea medical aid paid for "rehabilitation aids" sold at bike shops!!!!!!

 

LOL! You just got to convince them that it makes you feel better...

 

The Weights for those who interested:

 

Crank (175mm  53/39): 671g

Bottom Bracket: 119g

Brakes: 280g

Front Derailleur (braze on): 72g

Rear Derailleur: 150g

Shift/Brake Levers: 300g

 

I did not take the Chain & Cassette, going to be using Dura-ace.

Preliminary photo's. Have fitted the Crank & BB, Rear Brake, Shift levers. Front Brake, derailleurs and cables will go on tonight.
