People will respond with their personal favorites.

Speaking of which, mine is Zipp.  They are very aero, more than proven in all the pro races and very light.

Doesn't matter which of the three you end up going with, your bike will feel like a brand new machine!

Enjoy them when you get around to riding them!

Hi first had the Zipp 404's and then bought myself the Bontrage Aeolus.....

The Zipp's were lighter but i having raced with both, i prefer the Bonties...but that is MPO only....i am sure the Boras are just as great, same can be said for the corima, head, easton, mavic, etc.....

bontrager aeolus : not keen on the whole fairing thing, although the Cosmics I had where solid but heavy, full carbon rim is better I believe.

zipp 404 's: had a pair to race on and loved them. Light and strong although they were not as stiff as my Dura Ace deep sections. The free wheel was a little soft with plenty of bite marks after racing on them.

campag' bora ultra's: these are a lot for dosh for you cash and I suspect there are much better wheel for less money. If you have money to blow, go for these or even Obermeyers.

Dura Ace carbon deep sections: added to the list cause these are the wheels I currently race on. Not quite a light as the Zipp's but way stiffer. Profile is simple like the boras but these have been reviewed to be the best performer on average across all aspects of a carbon deep section wheelsets.

Good luck.

Ridden the Fulcrum Racing Speeds and the Zipp 404's in anger, overall I prefered the Fulcrum's, tiny bit heavier but they just ride so nicely!

Although I had issues with the braking on the Fulcrum's but that was because of using Zipp's brake blocks, they only work well on Zipp's it appears.

Have a set of Zefiro T50's and I'm very happy with them. The 404's are nice but to noisy for my liking.

I also have a set of Zefiro T50's. Light, strong and very responsive.... I tested the 404's before buying and yes they are noisy and expensive but great.

Check our wheels out. I've raced Zipps, Cosmic Carbons and Corimas and this is going to sound very biased but the Planet X wheels are just as quick! I road the 94.7 solo from the first KOM sign to the end in 2.31 on them, first race this year and first since braking my back in June.

I can lend you a set of 50 clinchers or 82/101s etc to try out if you like.

You can use the R10,000.00 you save buying these to buy a carbon frameset or a second set of race wheels etc...
