So Owlman is flying on Sunday. Take it he is riding in place of Dash.

 

Have a good ride there mate. Maybe see you tomorrow AM for the pre race leg loosener. BUt if you and Trubie are going to set a mean pace again like you chops did last Saturday, I'm going to be forced to ride in "C" bunch. Keep Mona et al company.

 

Kieran, not sure if we will see you tomorrow so have a good one. Thought I saw you last Sunday at about 10 or so on "Blackheads" road, near the shooting range. I was in the car and didn't hoot because I know what it does to me when idjit motorist shoot at me. (I usually have to go home and shower, change the clothes and wash the bike.)

GO, the DOGMA does have a bit too much glitter but the PRINCE is it an awesome looking bike. Rather cry over your PRINCE than over a princess, there are plenty of princesses but only a limited amount of PINARELLO PRINCE'S!!!!

and does anyone know if can still get to the parking at that time at waterford estate, or will the roads be closed?

doc

search for the thread that Ox started re the starting list for 94.7, you will find the info on who starts where in there

 

as for the parking question - have you collected your number yet - if so, there is a letter of 6 pages in the envelope, and also detailed info in the booklet on parking and road closure

 

short answer is the roads to parking will not be closed, but you might find yourself stuck in masses of traffic if you pitch too late

get there early enough and be at the start about 90 mins before your starting time....

Slave that was me  rode to the bridge over the highway and back. Felt bad for not doing the steps (not so keen doing them alone...) so went through the flat hills above Glenvista Golf course on the way back

 

Must meet up to get my top from you haha

First of all, sorry I mist the ride yesterday and I am not one for excuses so will take it on the chin.

 

I could and should have made it BUT had too many excuses and thus we can call it by its more common name "lazyness"

 

On the other hand did a nice ride today and hoping to be under 3. It will be with a couple of seconds either way.

 

I went big a couple of hills out expecting the finish to be closer as I overheard 2 okes talking about the finish up the next hill. This was still 20 mins out.

 

Anyway loved the race and had some real good fun out there in the sun.

 

Sure OX will now have to build a finishers list as well

 

Hope you all did well and met expectations, I will be back next year.

Well done predictor! Saw Dom and Kid come flying past me today ha ha. How did the early starters finish? Had an awesome 1st race! Time not too great but really enjoyed it!
