The fast group usually do the short (40km) loop at about a 31 / 32 average, depending on how they feel. Some days it's mayhem and other days a little more sane. So, I see you guys been missing me. Fights between Mandy and the kid. Eish. Kid, pick on someone your own size. (Oh, wait, there aren't too many.) I miss my cycling and can't wait for the next couple of weeks topass so I can get back on my bike and ride. Pity I have been off for so long. Looks like it will be back to the slow bunch for me.
