Did two loops and then cycled to work after than so a decent 100kms ish this morning Tomorrow I'll go long and cycle to work again Nancy how could you venture out to that heavenly spot and not let the rest of us Nutters know I'm still sore Was dodgey riding after that. Hurt in the saddle and memories of pending pain kept flashing back out the saddle But hey! That's cycling for you I guess

You are sorely missed my dear friend... but enough of these "volcanic ash in the air" excuses now..... Kieran, Kieran... you know how slow I am dude, why on earth would I let you know I'm riding there and then subject you to hours upon hours of waiting for me?! Was cool though, my first sub 3 hour, I managed the loop in 2h58, my best yet and improving each time I do it. Next weekend should prove interesting
