I am happy for them yes, and by now its old news that LA has said he would want to win a stage this year now that he is no longer a contender for the podium.

My guess is that he will target the TT for a win. Dont think he will find himself in a breakaway on the next few stages and he is outclassed in the mountains by amongst others Pistolero and Andy S.

Soooooo.... It was rather K@K, I mean seriously K@K cold this morning! But damn it felt good to be out again :D

Did a short little 35km this morning. Got brutalised by the weather and my insane lack of fitness haha :D

Not going to be at Xumbugs this weekend as away for work again ha ha B)

Oh, I forgot Kid, "It's not about the bike" (said in Gary the Toothfairy's voice when he says, "Bring on the magic"). You even rigged a vote on that, Mugabe style!!

It is easy to "Hub" while riding on the IDT. Seems like only Hummy and myself have that unique ability! ;-)

Damn, and I thought I was being really good at multitasking being able to walk and chew gum at the same time.

Sheesh, Ride (albeit and IDT) and hub at the same time. That's some skill.(Now where TF is the new "Applaud" smiley?)

I was planning on commuting tomorrow morning, but apparently, I no longer have to. I can get a lift. Then I have to attend a function (work related) in the arvie and after the function, we will have a beer or two and some food. Plan tostock up on the food so I can get back to the daily commute next week.

If I ride on Sunday, I have grave reservations as to my state of health immediately after the ride.

SO is starting to make noises about the fact that we hardly ever see each other. I was VERY tempted to say "You say this like it's a bad thing!"

Saw a sign last week advertising DIY divorce R500. Anyone help me out with a loan? This is a good deal.

Eish dude, I cannot tell where I've been playing. I'll take the 5th ammendment on that one.

I leave home at 05h45 in the am and get home at about 18h00 or so. Then I sit with the PC and do a bit more work until about 22h00. Go to sleep, wake up at 04h45 and do it all again.

On Saturdays, a friend wants a lift to Kempton to see his goose so that takes care of Saturdays, then Sunday, I have a bit of a lie-in. Wake up, eat, do a bit more work and then have a snooze. Watch junk on TV for a bit (Seconds from Disaster), eat a bit more and then usually head for bed and my book. Read a bit, fall asleep and the next thing I know, eish, it's MONDAY and it starts all over again.

If I had more time, I might go visit that cat house you told me about and maybe, my week would be a wee bit more interesting.I'd get a bit of nookie. :)

Kiearan out of all the days you choose to be out, you choose the 2nd coldest day of the week, tomorrow being the coldest!!!

Trubie it was definitely a real IDT as I was breaking a sweat, not much as it was all blue zone.

Andy definitely a skill we share!!! Are you also by any chance able to ride with no hands?

Trubie how was your race today??

Yesterday was great thanks.

It was the furthest I have been on a MTB and it took its toll. Had some bad and some excellent patches during the race. Still suck BIG TIME when it comes to any technical stuff , single track etc... Dirt roads I manage to make up lotsa time and places, just to loose it all again once we go onto the next single track section.

Happy to have done it though, was a def goal for the second half of the year. Will see how it really went when I get the results hopefully sometime tmrw.

Good luck for Kyalami sunday! Give it stick bru

Trubie apparently Kyalami has been cancelled due to a double booking of the track.

Have also gotten sick so would have skipped the event.
