My experience from the few rides where the bikes joined us was a very positive one. One feels much safer and you dont have to worry about what if we leave someone behind and dont know it...good work, keep it up and thanks for the willingness to do it - much appreciated
Slave Posted October 1, 2010 Author Posted October 1, 2010 A rescue team. Pity I'm working tomorrow morning so I will get my 30 km ride in. And the other 30 km on the ride home. B) Will be moving house on Sunday so looks like this weekend will be another miss for me. But nice to know I can drop out the back of the slow bunch (for surely they will drop my slow @ss) without having to panic about being jacked right off the saddle. But from next weekend, I should be back in the saddle ready to take on the loops again.

Genetically I just wasnt designed for them and they hurt me big time everytime I try them But they say work on your weaknesses, so I went to SBR yesterday and attempted them hills once again........ it was still sore, and my legs were tired after a hard week, but I managed to set a new pb. 3 mins faster than before. I am happy today - until next time I go uphill

I am happy today - until next time I go uphill I think you went on the wrong day to SBR, you should have gone today, your friend the Wind would have made it a better challenge.Anyway, please please make sure we just have a slight breeze next Sunday otherwise I'm going to suffer once again.
