Generally calls that dont leave the providers network are the cheapest as there are no interconnect agreements that need to be satisfied with with other providers.

 

FYI

 

A GSM provider can actually transit a call on its own network for about R0.20c per/min, so if you look at what your provider is charging you vodacom-to-vodacom, we're getting ripped.
