In another thread it was asked to state your height and weight.

Equally important is your bodyfat percentage.  so here goes.

181cm , 85kg's and bodyfat % of 16.5 %.

By no means a racesnake or mountaingoat !!!Angry

No offence but do you really think the majority will say their true %??

I've got one body and it has fat on it. So I guess mine is 1:1.

But mampara, does your body then have equal amounts of meat to fat ? it seems to be the case if it is 1:1.    might be more towards 1:2 body to fat in your case, or am i mistaken ?

My guess is that only the really skinny/racing snake guys will state their true fat percentage, like you for instance colonel !!

True you have a good point there about the skinny guys saying their true % or close about.

Shocked

Underweight BMI = 18.5 or less

Normal BMI = 18.5 to 24.9

Overweight BMI = 25.0 to 30.0

Obese BMI = 30 or higher

Morbid or extreme BMI = 40 or higher

Mailignant BMI = 50 or higher.

My body fat scale says 19.1% but not too sure how accurate it is.

When I last tested my body fat using biometric impedance with a biokineticist I was at 11.6% and using callipers at +/-8% (the B.I. method measures all your organ fat too). I was pretty lean back then at 80kgs. Now sitting at 89kgs.
