I think the question should actually be what is the combined weight of you and your bike.

At this stage I can get on the lightest bike here and some of you on the heaviest one and my total will still be the heaviest.

If my bike were a patient and The Hub was a hospital' date='  it would be the over weight lady getting a tummy tuck in a ward full of anorexic models. [/quote']

same here, except i'm on a hospital plan, which only covers the big operations (non cosmetic)

Ok IanC, so here's an idea.

What is the combined weight of you and your bike when you set out for a ride?

See, I tip the scales at a mere 100 kg, the bike an extra 13 and the bottles another 1.5. That's like 114.5 excluding spare tubes (2) tyre levers (3 X Nylon (gotta save weight cause I'm a weight weenie)), pump, punture kit and spoke spanner.

Let' see how many honest answers you get now, 'specially from the tender gender.
