They really look after there brands, and i refer specifically to the Crankbrothers brand. Shamus and Kelly and the guys answer questions immediately and are very good with warranty issues on their products. What a pleasure dealing with them. I am a big fan and ride Eggbeaters on the MTb and Quattros on the road, and I love them. Thanks guys, and keep it up.
