If they were from non-EU origin, you would have been rushed 40%. Clothing is actually a higher rate of duty. My guess is that still, with duty etc, you still saved some cash... On another note, my new frame arrived briefly today. Tonsil from the Poeskantoor took it back with him coz he was too lazy to come inside and tell my receptionist that he had a package to deliver....
