Hi Guys

At the 94.7 I lost my polar cs200 going down the hill past hyde park corner.

It is going to cost about R1100 to get a new unit, what I would like to know is how do the sigma units compare ?

Which sigma unit should I get ?

Can you use a sigma unit on two bikes or do you need two units?

maybe someone has a Cs200 lying around ? I have all the bits and pieces - just need the unit

I dig my Sigma BC2006 but I'm not too sure whether it's available in SA yet. Has 2 bike functionality, altimeter, is wireless but can't download data (and only stores current ride stats. Where it's better than the CS200 (my SO has one) is that it never has trouble picking up signals from the HRM and wheel. The menu system is also more user friendly.

Are you happy with second best...... well then buy a Ericson or a LG or a Samsung, or be forever happy with Nokia...... oh you were talking Sigma and Polar!!!!!!!!  Polar of course!!!!!!!! no question.

Go for the Polar. I have the Sigma BC2006. Fork mount is crap (rubber band that perishes) and I can't get hold of the 2nd bike transmitter from the supplier (it is not coded so needs to be a specific 2nd bike uinit).
