3d4d, if you ever feel like and are able to join for morning rides, wed and friday i head up hawken and then onto ysterhout to go meet michH, jinx and another buddy - leave home (bottom of hawken) at about 4:30 and on thursdays amateur and i do a very easy (and quick) ride - meet at the church on tin at 5am

Thanks, will keep it in mind. My wife might also be interested once we gain a better grip on our lives. We might get to a simmilar agreement as jinx and narra.

Slowly trundling up Buitengracht on a fine saturday morning, got taken out by Mr Wojakezxc (insert Polish surname of choice here). Bent frame, wheel and ankle.  Nearly knocked over countless times going down Sea Point beach road.  And had a trailer side swipe my fork in Camps Basy one morning early, when no cars were about.  Too many near misses all over the place, some my fault, mostly their fault.

Me and my wife yesterday afternoon nearly taken off the road kingfisher Elsaprk, found the guy to hear what his story was.

He says there is no place for cyclists on the road and he will ride over us if we are in his way, He drives a new Audi Q7 VKX993GP
