Which sunglasses are good for riding? Specially for changing light conditions from open riding them single track and back etc something that resists fogging and glare and very importantly look good too! Do perfect riding sunnies exist?

Oakley Crosshair.

If you ask they can actually make lenses darker at the top going to lighter at the bottom. I find them good for varying light conditions.

MTB sunglasses are tricky.

I would suggest a high contrast yellow lense - this lets me see a LOT better in shadowy conditions. My eyes are not fantastic anymore haha.

Also get a pair with a guaranteed scratch proof lense (if that exists). Often on fresh morning winter races, a slow climb leads to fogging up of your sunnies (they all do this). taking them off and pocketing them does sometimes lead to scratching as they bounce about in your shirt pocket.

Having gone thru several pairs, I have found  a fairly stylish range that comes in clear, yellow, or normal black lense sunglasses - Plano they are called. Where? Mica Hardware hahaha, cost? R120 -R150. replacing them if needed is not an issue and they work remarkably well.

If price isnt an issue, then addidas, Specialised, or Rudy Project will get you emptying your wallet nicely :)

hang them on the rear neck of your jersey.

Adidas. Different lenses for different light conditions, but I find the LST Trail lens works pretty well for anything, and if rain is an issue a clear or yellow lens is about R400.
