linnega Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 I've only had 5 (road) bikes since I started racing in 1988:Peugeot Mirage - until 1995;Trek 1000 - 2000, replaced because it was crapOrbea Zonal - 2001, replaced because I got a great deal on next bikeLook KG281 - 2002-2003, replaced because stolen from Camps BayGiant TCR Comp - 2003 to date, not likely to replace unless it breaks or is stolen. Don't have pics of any except the Giant.

The red one with, now what was it 105 groupo?, with those downtube shifters with the black plastic caps. o yes and yellow smooth bar tape Next came the Bridgestone. Pink, yellow, white - the same one Willie Engelbrech use to win the Raport Toer with - this was one sweet bike

I actually think Shimano invented the wheel. Anyway, my first bike had 300exage on and for R200 more I could have had the 600. They were below 105 at the time.
