OK, let me try more tactfully.

Your nice faithful fast, beautiful, deep section, smooth as butter, aerodynamic wheel is slowly slipping away. It's passing however will not be in vain. It has trapped 100 grams of carbon that will be removed from the atmosphere forever and we'll be grateful for ever more. RIP carbon rim.

I don't understand why the OP doesn't just get a new rim and perform a rim transplant.

Can't do a rims transplant. They are interated 3 spokes. It's all carbon. Thanks for your wonderful input...

I feel your pain. Some years ago I had a carbon squash racquet repaired. One of the sports shops sent it away to someoneone who did an admirable job of fixing it. It was a bit blobbish and ugly, but worked for a long time - until I got unfit enough to no longer use the racquet.

I wonder if there isn't someone out there who has some experience with resin and epoxy that could do an acceptable job on these damaged wheels. I'd say if one of your tri-spokes broke, don't try it, but a bit of squashed tyre bed is structurally no big deal.

Post some photos. Something will pop up.

We are doing successsfull carbon frame and wheel repairs for many years.

The most extreme was a bike that came in 4 lose pieces 4 years ago.

We fixed it , the bike gained about 120gr and the guy is still doing triathlons with it.

Carbon rim repairs are structurally no problem, but deep damages can cause imbalance of the wheel.

Can anyone fix this? The carbon surface on one of my Corima Tubbies has delaminated a bit. The wheel is fine (true, not cracked) but it doesn't look cool and I would like to sell the set.
