with the types of ppa races we hav in cape town (ie. no huge 800m climbs), is it better to buy a pair of reasonably light deep section wheels or sum climbing specific wheels?

 

(obviosly both would be nice but lets say for arguments sake you can only own 1 pair)

For that amount you have alot to choose from, I would suggest Fulcrum or Mavic. Rold is good to, just really dufficult to fix and get spares
