wannabearacer Posted May 6, 2009 Posted May 6, 2009 I tend to be lazy so I shave only before a race . . waxing is perfect for you...you do it once a month and just lie there for half an hr and its done
scotty Posted May 6, 2009 Posted May 6, 2009 At least this poll does not have the gobbleygook excuse of shaving cause wounds heals faster, if that were the case you would need to shave your arms as well.
Matchstix Posted May 6, 2009 Posted May 6, 2009 Smooth legs just looks cool. and if you get massages regularly it saves the massues hands.I massaged for my practical in a course a hairy friend of min. . all my calussses were gone afterwards.I did the waxing thing but I my leg hair is to fine and I get heavy ingrown hairs. The funny thing is my girlfriend actually asked me the other day why only girls have shave under their arms. . . she thinks under arm hair is gros. So I will be grosing her out for as long as we are together. Matchstix2009-05-06 03:18:33
porky Posted May 6, 2009 Posted May 6, 2009 Ha,I shaved once, my wife told me she felt like a lesbian.! Never did it again. Real men have hair, young boys and woman dont - its simple.
Weight Weenie Posted May 6, 2009 Posted May 6, 2009 If you wear lycra, shave. If you wear baggies, keep 'em hairy.
Gasping Posted June 18, 2009 Posted June 18, 2009 I had my left leg shaved 3 years ago for a cruciate ligament repair job. Next thing I developed DVT. Not taking any changes with either leg again - just in case .......
The expat cyclist Posted June 18, 2009 Posted June 18, 2009 Al ooit 'n lekker vet pleister op jou harige been/arm gehad? And that is why I shave!Plus, if you've got it...Flaunt it!!!

[/quote'] Just for the heck of it - The reason why you want you legs shaved in a event of a fall it that with healing its heels up faster. Cyclist cycle with their legs - arms can have a hell of a rash and you can still cycle. Moving skin hurt when you have rashes, arms don't really move and can be limited. Not coming up for that statement - just saying where "they" are coming from. The massage is the real issue here and also a bit of aero dianamics. Ever stopped shaving and the went for a ride - just feels weird with hair at 40km/h
Tumbleweed Posted June 18, 2009 Posted June 18, 2009 Ha' date='I shaved once, my wife told me she felt like a lesbian.![/quote'] and did she?
