I'll throw together a condensed program we can follow to help get everyone accustomed to riding on a fixed wheel firstly, up and down the track secondly and then a couple of harder efforts all wrapped between a leisurely warm up and cool down.

I'll be there just after 17:00, but i think best time is around 18:00. Shortlegs will have a more structured program from 18:00 and we're thinking of a short race or 2 around 19:15 ish.
FanieFiets Posted May 25, 2009 Author Posted May 25, 2009 ok, spoke to Mellie and there are enough bikes for everyone. I will be there from just after 5 untill about 8 pm. Track should still be open after that BUT i'm going for pizza then (1/2 price evening). Idea is to have a lekker cruise around the track to get the feel. At 6 shortlegs will be there to give some structure to the 'training'. At 19:15 or around there we will have a short event to get the feel for that, something like a devil or 3000 or maybe both.
