BTW, very sad about what happened on the Spruit. I have a mate working on contract here at my company who regularly rides on the Spruit when he's back home, and speaks very highly of the route.

Ermmm...... oh oh....just realised that I do have a disorder- OCD- I'm obsessively compulsive about pain and sweat while on two wheels, and I Love Wifey. Other that that I'm perfect.
