Angry response from wrapper dropper

intern

Recommended Posts

Picking up the litter is one of the "pleasures" of organising a race...

Man is moes like apeeg so someone once said...

Anyone done a water point at a major road running race?

Each water table is usualy responsible for all the wrappers / sachets / cups (and runners use thousands..) from that point to the next one usualy +/- 3- 4 km away.

At my old running club we even used to pay the cubs, boy scouts a couple hundred rond to do the dirty deed.

NOTE: I'm not condoning dropping wrappers ect....Just remembering those sticky fun filled sunday mornings.

Well I was at the same race the Gu droppers were at and let me tell you a thing or two Donavan' date=' Michael was not the only gu dropper, and no it was not okay that he dropped his paper but hey, Michael as well as a few on the mom's and dad's as well as some kiddies landed up picking up all the others wrapper, cans, chip papers, rubbish that was left on the circuit!!!!

If Jackass ijit two legged PIGS did not drop their gu / gel wrappers and throw litter around, no-one would have to run around cleaning up after their lazy @sses.

I hate two legged pigs who have no respect for the environment. ALL of them.

I make sure my wrappers stay in my pockets so that no-one has to run around after me. If we all did that, we would:

A) Have a clean country

B) Save taxes by not having to pay people to pick up after us

C) Not have to rely on someones mom, dad, big / little brother /sister to come and clean up after the fact.

People who litter have no self respect or respect for their environment.

NOTE: This is a generic opinion. No names have been mentioned to protect the guilty. It is not person specific. ALL people who litter are PIGS.

End of story. Nothing justifies being a lazy @ss sumbeaaach. Just don't throw you junk around and we can all be happy, 'k?

Eish Slave........when pigs fly methinksLOL and not enough to replace the Peejou eitherCry

Rubber,welcome to the hub mate.

I'd suggest you not stir it up too much. Some okes can get intense and yes, it can be fun to poke fun at some things. Otheres are best left alone.

My point is, if we ALL cared about litter the way Intern does, and if it irritated us to the same extent that it does intern, then there would be no litter lying around. It would be so easy, post race to just pack up and go home.

No need for litter police. So while your comment may have been TIC or whatever, the facts remain, we all need to be more aware of the rpoblem and make one VERY SIMPLE contribution. DON'T drop your wrapper.

It is that easy.

Everything else is irrelevant.

WTF should anyone run around and pick up junk after some brainless twit threw his / her paper away because he / she's too lazy or stoopid.

no fight' date=' just wondering what Michael has to do with you? Smile[/quote']

he sounds like a litterbug. that's got nothing to do with cycling. I some countries he'd have to deal with the law, not just some twits talking cr@p about him here. So I was just wondering why you feel the need to slavishly protect his honour.
