In those slippery conditions breaks dont work (ask me I know), keep to the basic rule, "no helmut no ride"

Hi Tyger, send them a registered post from the Post Office, If they do not reply in 2 weeks, make a case at the small claims court. You can charge them up to R7000. Best of all there is no cost to you.

PS Keep the receipt for for the registed mail as you will need it for the small claims court application.

Go to the nearest small claims court if you want to take that course of action. Some of the small claims courts are a bit stricter on the form of the letter so get the format and letter from them. Then registered post. But your local small claims court will advise you as to all the procedures etc.

Management FUKKEN sux...................

I have still not been paid for the work i did as a mechanic. As the rates go, i did NOT charge an exsorbatant rate.

6 bikes @ R 140 per bike per day.......

I used my own vehicle and diesel

It is now two months and i am beyond giving up fighting.

Every time I see a DCM team on the box guess what goes through my mind. They dont pay!

2 months is unacceptable and they have earned all the flak they get.

Typical bully boy attitude.Screw the small supplier.
