Meet in the car park (the one close to the N3- see map). Gates open at 7, to leave for the ride at 7:30. Can do 1 or 2 laps, one lap = 58km with 1140m of climbing. Bring some lunch, water and sunscreen, it might be hot. Hope to see some of you there, Enjoy the weekend!

In fact I think in a way the gym is better, a controlled environment and you ride at a more constant effort so it actually works quite well, and of course it's safer. Just damm boring, try doing 2 hours on a bike in the gym and at 4-5am there is not even any talent to check out Jason has already been issuing challenges via p.m. IanJ2007-03-30 00:52:18

Jason Posted March 31, 2007 Posted March 31, 2007 Sadly epoh won't be there tomorrow... The dude came off in the Vasbyt (151km) today at about 40kph on his new bike . Some guy rode in to the back of him with about 10km's to go. He was ridng well and now all this crap... Gonna miss you dude... Recovery quickly for BOB
