Did not ride with club 100 but had a fantastic day in the Sugar Bush with Delgado. Pretty much my first time out there - suffered big time but what a fantastic ride.

No Taxis, no trucks, no cars and for 20 bucks the sceneary and suffering is well worth it, highlight of the day was a Wildebeest running across the road at full tilt right in front of us.

This ride is highly recommended but not for the faint hearted - it's tuffDead

MuxMan, I agree... well worth the drive out there. R20 per person, R10 for the car and then the rest is priceless Smile... Our own little Pyrenees here in Gauteng. It's a 58km loop, sounds short but it's a tough work out with some lovely scenery, if you lucky you might get to watch the animals do it like they do on the discovery channel LOL.

And what with me being a Natal fan there can be no better than seeing a Wildebeest in full flight.......great day all round!!

What kit were you guys wearing?

i was there in the new Barloworld kit on my silver Scott, with 2 other guys (Jules - Carbon Scott CR1 and his mate Jason - Lapierre 0.9 FDJ), as well as with Amateur on her blue Marin.

Sorry should have made a plan too meet up with you!

I was in a Phonak jersey. I thought it would increase my Testosterone "a la Floyd" levels and fly up the climbs but alas it was not to be!!!
