Your name really comes to life now - the harbor is closed down due to the strong winds so none of our fruit can be loaded onto the ship. Can't even take the containers off the trucks!! Hope this calms down closer to Sunday. We've got 3000 pllts of citrus to load onto a conventional ship and another on Monday Tuesday!! Matchstix Posted June 25, 2009 Share the wind was 84km/h on tuesday and last night it was a hell of a lot more apparantly some place it took out rooftiles. Nasty when the wind blows like that feels like its going to rip my doors out(this has happened to the previuous owners of the house) The doors is about a meter away from where I sleep. One day when I grow up, I want to cycle up the Outeniqua pass (Spelling?)[/quote'] Outeniqua is not that bad I think its around 2.5% or is it 4%?Cant remember. there use to be alot of sweet hidden singletrack that we built but was destryed after the harvested the trees.Since everyody is out training and people dont like to volanteer to help build trails there is not a lot left.a lot of "MTBERS" here have the dirtroad and singletrack is to technical mentalitysome decent hills . . montagu pass is kwl and then there are some hidden beasts.CAW back to itself again was't like that for the last coupe of months and it been a lot more windier than it use to be Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
