If you really want to train you will make a plan.

Enter a race with an entry fee of no less than 750 sefrikan rondts per person and 3 other team mates believe me you will make time to train.

We doing the TB with a 4 man team and we train at night 3 x a week from 18h00 till 21h30 and there is always 10+ other guys and girls riding with us.

What crap is this not being able to train after 18:00? Up here in GP we never train in the evening and do it before work. In the dead of winter they guys are out at 4:30 and training their butts off. No wonder Cape town is the gay capital of the country.

There you have it!  A bit harsh, but sooooo funny!!  LOLClapLOLClap

Spinning is OK but dead boring. I am on the road at 4.15 and see some other people out and about.

Winter is great for hill training because when it is so cold you go looking for hills to warm up on.

Weights twice a week for core and strength for the aging legsSmile

What time do you go to sleep Marius?

I train 5:30 am to 7:15-730... get to bed at about 10pm

I try to be in bed by 8 and fall asleep at around 9, I'm usually awake again before the alarm goes off at 03:57
