Wannabe Posted August 18, 2011 Posted August 18, 2011 Anybody planning on riding on Saturday? Want to go out on about 80km LSD ride. Start at about 08h00, take about 3hrs for ride (yes, that slow ) Start at Graanendal Complex. Flat(ish) route. Not yet decided on exact route.

I pulled my L hamstring doing curls in gym.It is almost back to normal.Just taking it gently. BTW - Sat is the day to ride as Sunday promises to be water polo day. LOTS OF RAIN!

It is looking good, Wannabe.Phew!I am relieved as hammie recovery can take weeks depending on the severity of the "hamstrung". B)
