You must, it is something to be experienced at least once.

I will add it to my bucket list, alongside taking top spot in my PPA bunch and riding a Tour de France stage route...

Anybody planning on riding on Saturday?

Want to go out on about 80km LSD ride. Start at about 08h00, take about 3hrs for ride (yes, that slow :D ) Start at Graanendal Complex. Flat(ish) route. Not yet decided on exact route.

Sorry guys, can't do my planned ride tomorrow or on Sunday. Forgot that my nephew is playing Rugby for Grey College against Paul Roos. Must be there to support and see family.

Hey, Wannabe,

Thanx for reaching out...

I pulled my L hamstring doing curls in gym.

It is almost back to normal.

Just taking it gently.

BTW - Sat is the day to ride as Sunday promises to be water polo day. LOTS OF RAIN!

I can do Sunday...

I'm keen to ride to Chapmans and back. +/- 80km from Table View.

Includes 3 really nice hills on the way :)

Watch out for them weather gods on Sunday, Rydogg!

Gonna be a big one! Guess it is at Paul Roos? Will have to avoid like the plague..... except that we are doing wine and champagne tasting tomorrow  in the Stellies area

All good AB, quite sure we will train together again quite soon.

Speedy recovery with the hamstring. (guess you're "hamstrung" now. :P :D )

Went for a 60 minute leg loosener.

With minimal climbing to not "re-hamstrung" myself.

It is looking good, Wannabe.

Phew!

I am relieved as hammie recovery can take weeks depending on the severity of the "hamstrung".
