Hi guys - I have been off the bike for a few years now, but keen to get back on the trails. Are the trails on Table Mountain still safe to ride alone during the day?

Based on the Rhebokskloof trails, I think the route will run clockwise on the map above. The trails there aren't that technical, but I am not sure what they have done to them for this event. But they are usually ridable with chicken runs around the tech sections.

Those are pretty low average speeds..

Flip, that was a tough 53km. So many rocks! My hardtail didn't enjoy it at all. Managed to grab a 4th place
