Some fast pace stuff, some mellow stuff, pushed a couple of climbs. Weather was perrrrfect, and got home in time to watch the last ten minutes of the Bokke game. Off to Blouberg now to take the wife for a stroll on the beach and a lekka brunch at "On the Rocks". Â WHAT A DAY IN CAPE TOWN.
