You hear about a cyclist that gets injured, you think, that sux and hope he heals up soon, but when you hear that it is someone you know, it really hits home. Prayers to Chris and his family. Ride safe out there guys. Life is short, and can be made shorter by one small accident.

udxcob Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 Just heard no change in his condition, he is in ICU, going into theatre at 11 tomorrow.........he needs our prayers now more than ever guys and thanks
udxcob Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 Just spoke to Chris' wife, he had a 7 hour opp on sunday for a ruptured liver, 30 odd pints of blood were used, today his kidneys are not good and he is going in to theatre tomorrow for the opp, and will probably be on a dialisis machine, he also has a severly broken arm.
