Got told we are only going through for the Saturday, so sunday is open. Sunday suits me better........ Wanna go jump the Saturday but that is all weather dependent

You can be glad I did not drive over you this morning, cyclist envy can be a very ugly thing. Thought you gonna catch up with me at one stage, but then the traffic got going again around the Stodels bend.

Disylizzy Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 I will hopefully be back on my bike outside next weekend! The IDT is boooorrrriiiiiinnnngggg.... Got full range of motion in my shoulder again, although it gets stuck in a couple of spots and need to take it easy.

Good to hear you are on the mend best thing for IDT is tunes in the ears or a movie / series playing on the TV. You need to distract the mind of what the body is doing
