It was beautiful out there this morning... anyone else went out?

^_^

I had to put on an autumn weather jersey.

You can be glad I did not drive over you this morning, cyclist envy can be a very ugly thing. :whistling: Thought you gonna catch up with me at one stage, but then the traffic got going again around the Stodels bend.

Yip - I was out this am, definitely on the chilly side - but not cold enough for gloves yet :) Being out most mornings before 5am... but technically I'm not a Durbanville area roadie anymore :(

Good to see you, Wannabe!

Pity, as you say, it's not over the handlebars at 92 rpm cadence.

I will hopefully be back on my bike outside next weekend! The IDT is boooorrrriiiiiinnnngggg....

Got full range of motion in my shoulder again, although it gets stuck in a couple of spots and need to take it easy.

Good to hear you are on the mend  best thing for IDT is tunes in the ears or a movie / series playing on the TV. You need to distract the mind of what the body is doing

'Dale, yeah I was happy to see you on the road, training. That damn bakkie of mine, you must PUSH the horn button hard to get a sound out of the thing. Was a bit overzealous, though. Sorry.
