Two things, HN...

Love the sunrise on a training ride.

Gotta go and be with my family for the rest of the day.

Hope to ride with you and Pina soon.

:-)

Pina and I will offer some slip, then we can leave 30min later and still be home at the same time! :D

Hey. Why are you complaining? Your team Rides meant i left @ 04h00! Lol

Liar, you never left at 4am ... you just havent stopped cycling from the previous day!

100er on Sunday 20 May...

Parcourse follows the rollers in and around Stellenbosch.

Map here > http://www.mapmyride...9/?new_route=1.

Route follows Fisantekraal, Klapmuts, Pniel, Helzhoogte Pass, Kuilsriver, etc.

Avg speed = 26 km/h.

If you have heavy legs, there is an escape route via Kyamandi that can shave off about 10 - 15 kms.

Please be in time to roll wheels on time @ 06h30, from McDonald's, Wellington Rd.

Take the opportunity to grow your bunch-riding skills.

Be equipped with a front and rear light.

In:

1 Cannondale, 1 Ciocc, 1 Solis, 1 Frailmachine, 1 Merida

I've reconsidered Tankman's suggestion of starting Sunday's Century Ride at 07:00, instead of 06:30...

Who prefers a later start?

By the way, when are you guys planning a Saturday ride? I'd like to ride with you again, but I am tied up on Sundays. Then again, as it is May is a write off for me.

Sometime in June maybe?

July would be difficult again, as our second little princess is due to arrive then...
