How flexi is the route direction? I can join if the route is reversed. SE wind predicted so the reverse route will actually be better? Lemmie know if it is an issue.

Will join at 4 way and drop off in the K'River.

It's cool that you found a way to join us. Lekka!

With my son now playing rugby on saturday mornings, i can only ride on sundays :cursing:

Eish, can't you "delegate". ( but you probably want to be there to see him play)

Jip winter its sundays, summer can go back to saturdays

But as always, I have a problem with riding on Sunday's. Can make one exception a month, no more.

Rule #9

// If you are out riding in bad weather, it means you are a badass. Period.

Fair-weather riding is a luxury reserved for Sunday afternoons and wide boulevards. Those who ride in foul weather – be it cold, wet, or inordinately hot – are members of a special club of riders who, on the morning of a big ride, pull back the curtain to check the weather and, upon seeing rain falling from the skies, allow a wry smile to spread across their face. This is a rider who loves the work.

Rule #20

// There are only three remedies for pain.

These are:

  • If your quads start to burn, shift forward to use your hamstrings and calves, or
  • If your calves or hamstrings start to burn, shift back to use your quads, or
  • If you feel wimpy and weak, meditate on Rule 5 and train more!

And rule 5 is: HTFU! :D

Weather gods say very cool weather, clear skies,

with some wind chill carried by SE 15 km/h.

Bring your gilet or windbreaker along for cover.

Sorry guys, just can't seem to shake this cold. Don't want to aggrevate it / turn it into something worse.

Enjoy your ride.
