Just a quick note. If you roadies are going to race too fast then we on the mtb's will peel off and let you guys go to ensure us not keeping you up.

No such thing. Same principle as with my Burger training rides applies.

There will be a few guys on Road bikes slower than you, that I can promise you.

I was gonna join but I have a few other commitments that have time constraints........ making it back to Wellington by 9am will be a push. Will roll out in my hood for a 2hr ride....... maybe go recce the Taal Monument climb ph34r.png

If you roll slower than the training spec, you will be left behind.

So, you decide.

 

As you can read, it is intended to be easy paced / roughly 65-70% effort level.

Hope you can keep up.

Tomorrow from Green Point Virgin Active Parking Lot.

To Sun Valley & Back for a 65er with 950 metres total ascent @ 23-25 km/h avg.

Wheels roll at 0530.

 

PLEASE

Be in good time.
