Perhaps do a search on www.mapmyride.co.za. I'm sure there will be some Argus "training" routes, and you can play around with them. If you feel like doing some training around that areas, keep us posted!

What is the alternative? Roll through Woodstock, Liesbeeck Parkway, past Newlands, left to Wynberg pass Two Mill hospital, Constantia Village, Spaanschemat.Join route at base of Boyes. Or alternatively, hit Mandela Bvd and N3 nice and early at sunrise when traffic is virtually zero.

Cool, lets see what happens there. I will be doing the Argus MTB Race (haha...) on the 3rd, so lets see how that works out . Are there a lot of people who will be interested in doing about 1h30 of riding early mornings, say starting at 05:15 or 05:30, moderate to hard pace? I know CWC has rides as well, but they finish a bit late for me (only about 7:30ish), and I'm not so keen on cycling Old Oak when the traffic picks up.

Its the only chance I have as I'll be away next weekend (19-20th) to do Driver duties for friends doing the Attakwas. Ne week after that it is the Bouckhaert Soennen and then there is a race every weekend till the 99'er.You joining?

No, Wannabe.Scheduled to race 6 races in 5 consecutive weeks in the League space, starting on the 19th. Finished my endurance building with the Argus route on Tue.Now it is time for short and sharp ear bleeding rides. A rider I believe would be keen is Grob Lord.Reach out to him?
