Anybody looking for a less fierce training ride, you can join me at 7 o'clock on Fri morning for a double loop around Durbanville...

Start corner St John's and Racecourse, out via Wellington, past Fisantekraal, then left onto Klipheuwel Rd and back in to Durbanville via the silos and Wellington Rd. Then out again, via Tiekiedraai, CONTermanskloof and then over Vissershok and back into Durbanville.

Sociable riding on the flats, manliness on the uphills and re-group at the tops.

Expect to take approx 2.5 - 3 hours for the whole lot.

Airbender, SirK and myself did the Malmesbury, Voor Paardeberg loop this morning. From Malmesbury we were into a head/side wind all the way home. As we got closer home, the wind got stronger.

Was a nice workout, I did 130km for the day. Strangely, very few other cyclist on the road this morning.

Thanks for sharing the road with me, my two companions for the morning. See ya next weekend.
