What routes around Durbanville would you recommend for someone who is rather unfit?40 km loop Klipheuwel-Fisantekraal is a perfect loop, relatively flat and safe with a shoulder / yellow line, and the wind over the open plains can test the engine.I often use it for a quick injectin of training. Be safe out there.

Be safe out there. It is safe as long as the Fisantekraal kids don't throw rocks / bricks at you. Happened to me twice.
