Blinding flash of the obvious there matey!

What else is there to bring us here?

Well, apart from religious warfare, of course...such as discussions of why Campagnolo is so far superior to lesser gruppos.

I just gotta say thanks to my cycling mentors for the result I got today.

AirBender for the tactical riding, MariusL for the pace work (and real motivation today - without him even knowing it), and to Wannabe for his wheelsucking technique - it helped loads.

Now for that sub3 Argus (MariusL, I know you said I should do about 3:10 but I want that 2hr59m minimum). Going to have a bit of time on my hands in a short while to get extra training in

Anyone keen on a Thursday morning ride (03/02/2011)? I am keen but don't know of any good routes out Durbanville way.

Otherwise I'll cycle this side of the world.
