To answer sirK's question, I am a starter for a ride tomorrow (Fri) morning. Ride from Nitida at 8ish...although cape2211 only arrived at 8:30 on Wed morning. I'd like to ride for 90 mins to 2 hours.

Ride from Nitida at 8ish...although cape2211 only arrived at 8:30 on Wed morning. I'd like to ride for 90 mins to 2 hours. Will see how it goes. I might go visit my parents tomorrow so that'll cancel out the ride..... So you driving out to Durbanville Hills to go ride? Why don't you ride in the Paarl area?

Reason being that I take the bikemonsterlet to his school at Nitida in the mornings.

Out towards Bain's Kloof (Hawequa area) - apparently there is a serious climb there that is worth hill repeats. Enjoy the ride!

'Dale Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 Dd some away from the bike training yesterday here in LA...Climbed a 1000 steps on the balls of my feet simulating hill climbing on the bike.Today, my calves are sorr and my right knee feels eina. :P Two days on and my calves are still quite Eina after my step training... Wearing compression socks to recuperate. I feel like I am walking on stilts...
