Thx.... here's a close-up

Saw a pair of these on a banged up Cannondale at Burger and tried convincing the guy to sell or swop for some new brakes. He wouldnt give in. Next time I see him I'm gonna offer to buy the whole bike.

1950s Thanet Silverlight, and the inspiration behind my bike's name

One has to ask oneself: was GT really so innovative?

I think this is a beautiful bike, and way ahead of its time.

My only gripe with Master 30 year edition is groupset. They should've gone with Athena instead of Super Record. The bare aluminium would look better than the carbon components

Beautiful Colnagos MacDaddy. I'm currently contemplating repainting my Master Olympic. It's been repainted already, so it's too late to keep it original. One of the previous owners had it done, but the painter did a **** job. Also, chrome on the chainstays is finished, so after every wet ride it shows rust within a day or two. Have been advised not to rechrome anything locally so might just have the whole frame painted. Kinda sad. I love the chrome.

Also, wanting to get some new wheels for it. Anyone know of some Atlantas or similar deepsections that are for sale?
