I do consider this retro, even tho she's coming up to 10 years old.

Aluminum but damn good still.

update: I know many hate the Cinelli Intgralter bars but for old tech, they are damn comfortable.

I think those bars are really cool. Was pretty cheesed off when you beat me to them. Really nice bike by the way.

A few things I have that I want to sell/Swap.

- 2 sets of modolo corsa brakes

- campy novou record RD (one pulley wheel busted)

- Record FD, never been used, bought it as NOS from a cycle shop

- 4 saddles (not retro)

I am looking for a Shimano 600 or Dura ace FD and RD (7speed preferebly, but 8speed will word as well)

If you are interested in buying or swapping, let me know

Not sure where you are based mate but I remember Mean Machine in Germiston having some NOS Suntour Superb Pro stuff.

Nice find, but you better find the cassette. That stuff is incompatible with everyting.

I have a used Sprint crank and Sprintbrake callipers if you want. Those two were the same as Superbe Pro. I also have a Superbe Pro 26.4mm seatpost - used but nice, if you want. I'll accept a swap for anything else that will hold my saddle up.

I also saw the new suff at Mean Machine but that was many years ago. Delgado, is that place with that funny man still around?

Hey Delgado, found the BB at Mean Machine today, he also has a front hub only, no back hub.

@ Johan - yip George is still as cheeky as ever.

I will pm you about parts... thanks for the offer.

Most excellent news, Nils. Trickiest thing: not what to wear, but which bike to "Strut all fancy pants down". Dig (that's 70s talk) the Facebook blurb:

Every neighbourhood needs a kid and every kid needs a bike and every bike needs some love so to bring it full circle we’re launching a neighbourhood bike shop with the name Woodstock Cycleworks above the door. It’s a shop for big kids and small kids.

What kind of bikes you may ask? We love bikes, all bikes, but particularly your bike and the one that’s been gathering dust in the back of the shed. Those neglected beauty’s waiting for some air in their tires, a drop of oil to ease that squeak and a road to strut all fancy pants down.

So we’re launching this Thursday, 6pm, 99 Sir Lowry Rd, Woodstock. It’d be great if you can join us for a toot and a tale and bring your bike too so they can all hang out.

Marvellous. Nils & the Woodstock Cycleworks crew.
