As for the tyre choices, dropped my bike at William's yesterday to have a look at the hubs. He also asked me why I had the Blue Groove on the back and the Nevegal in front, saying that guys usually run them the other way round. Comments Lefty....anyone? I really feel the Blue Groove on the back gives me much better straightline grip. Haven't paid particular attention to cornering since I haven't done any decent riding since I switched them round, but will be sure to pay it some close attention tomorrow in Tokai. I just figured since it seemed the prime choice according to popular consensus was Nevegals all the way, that the Nevegal must surely give the best possible traction upfront? Now it seems the opinion is the Blue Groove is better for the front? Mmm....
