I did a Stan's conversion with the non UST Kenda Blue Grooves that came with my new Anthem 2.

 

Got the one done, but battled like hell to get the other inflated (floor pump) after putting the Stan's in, even after *lots* of soap and water...

Gave up... bit later mrs mountain_lion called from the garage; tire inflated! (perhaps she should have a chat to Lilo so that she can do the whole job next time!).

After lots of shaking and laying flat, they have now both sealed.

 

Anyway, will have to see how this goes and run them until I need to replace.

Not sure if I like the Blue Grooves...

Only used them in the dry so far but it seems like winter hit the Western Cape today... so will find out soon what happens in the wet.

 

Although going round in muddy circles and holding up frustrated racers is not our thing, so will give Tokai a skip tomorrow.

I also have the None UST Kenda's with the Stans Conversion, she's really getting good at this, was helping another bloke put his on the other day aswell so turing into quite the little Pro!

Will see what they like in the rain / mud, can't be worse than my Maxxis CrossMarks! Come, don't be a pansie, come race tomorrow!!!
