The agents in South Africa are so useless, i have a problem on one of my shoes and they just told me sorry it's older than 12 months and it can't be claimed. Then they wanted to offer me a new pair of shoes almost twice as much as what i paid for about 2 years ago. So hopefully no one ever has a problem, or send the shoes directly to Italy.
