I'm thinking of saving up for a road bike some time in the future.. will be a hell of a lot easier than keep changing tyres, trying to save the knobblies.. but it'll just be a cheapie road bike

Dude, you can get one on here for like 3k, and It is so much better than changing tires, AND you save your mtb components.

I'm with you on that one!  Just did that, too. Got a really good bargain with that in mind at the Willie Engelbrecht liquidation sale a while ago.  Still prefer riding the mtb!  Just feels better! Big%20smile

Ja, thinking of getting a Raleigh road bike though to go with the mtb.. maybe just an RC 2000 or what ever the cheap ones are
