Cassie Posted September 4, 2009 Share Ok, so i got bamboozled into entering the ARGUS for the first time...R260 is a massive rip off!!On top of that I now find out i'd better enetr one or other qualifying race to get a seeding...els i ride witht he plebs at the back...WTF??? More road races?? My reputation as a staunch MTBer is really getting destroyed here... Can I redeem myself by (1) riding all over the place & not adhering to roadie rulz? (2) stopping for no reason at all in the middle of the road to check my bike etc.? (3) shave my legs prior to race day? (4) slip streaming all the way without "doing my bit at the front"?? How am i doing? Think I will not wash my bike beforehand and let the muddy frame remind everyone that i'm actually only cycling this on a dare....
