Prins-USN Posted September 14, 2009 Share Acesulfame-k and sucralose has been approved by the FDA and WHO as sweetners. Many of the worlds supplement companies are using these as alternatives to sugars which add excess calories to the diet.USN has been involved in the European market for over 5 years. We are a founding member of ESSNA - the European Specialised Sports Nutrition Association. We have a European HQ in England, manufacturing plants for powders, capsules and tablets in Belgium and we export into 14 countries in Europe and the Middle East. I am concerned that you claim that USN provided COC's from India, as none of the raw materials are sourced from India. Our proteins come from Glambia, the biggest and most respected protein supplier in the world. Like we stated, we are an open business, and there will always be comments that start with 'my friend' or 'my colleague', but there is never a person who can bring anything to the table, it is always third party heresay, or people who are jealous of the sucess of the brand and would rather bad mouth it than congratulate it. If you really have this evidence, bring it to us. I know that you wont beable to back-up your comments.
Mr Mulebar Posted September 14, 2009 Share Thanks for the answer! Worth pointing out that Aspartame is also an approved sweetener and after many years of research, most people are now aware of the side effects and acesulfame-k is not shaping up well either! Any answers yet on colourants and flavourants? Oh, are you aware that the combination of ascorbic acid and sodium benzoate leeds to the forming of benzene, a powerfull carcinogen which can also damage DNA material? Mr Mulebar Posted September 14, 2009 Share Not trying to be nasty, but it is about time that as South Africans we become more aware of what we are putting into our bodies! Yeah, we do mixed boxes but prefer you to buy from our retailers, unless you don't have one close to you

Only reason why I like on-line pricing is to get an idea of how much I should be paying. I believe in free market but don't appreciate getting ripped off. Will ask my LBS when I've got some spare cash.

cYcLIc Posted September 21, 2009 Share Sup. I bought a bucket of Biogen Nitrogain Mass which came with the Ultra Pump Nos. I did not know that the Biogen products were USN otherwise I wouldnt have purchased them. I usually buy Optimum Anabolic, but the Dischem **** convinced me to get the Biogen. Anyway, Ill use it and finish it and let you know whether it worked or not so that we can put this matter to bed once and for all. If this stuff is a dud, Im gonna cause a serious sh*t storm for Biogen and dedicate a week...no 2 weeks to destroying the Biogen/USN name. Watch this space... And what, if you don't by some miracle transform into Vernon after one bucket it's a dud ? Really scientific .... You have a big mouth. Not once did i specify what I was expecting from this supp. I have used shakes and pre-workout stims so I know exactly what to expect. If I expected to look like "Vernon" from one bucket, I would already look like him because Ive been through a bucket of MS (as stated). So please, save your irritating comments and attempts to sound smart and funny for... Also, whether I choose to disclose my name or not is my business not yours. Youre like a little grade 3 kid. Prins-USN Posted September 22, 2009 Share Instead of getting agro rather let us help you. If your goal is to gain weight (by the sound of your short temper and the shake you taking)there are a number of things you need to do properly or no amount of protien shake from any supplier will help. If you goal is recovery, weight-loss or increased endurance there's a totally different set of rules that will apply. If you need some good advice no matter what your goal feel free to ask. bruce Posted September 22, 2009 Share I have been using Biogen products for nearly 2 years now and have had absolutely no problems with them whatsoever. They sponsor our team and for me, there are no problems with them. Have raced a number of multi-day stage races including the Epic, which is when nutrition plays a major role, and absolutely no hassles.
