I've been using it for quite a while...never had any issues.

There is a trick to these skewers. What you do is: Flip over the handel on the side where you can still turn the handle clockwise tighten position - you can then swivel the handle to tighten even more up to 4Nm. You will notice these babies don't come loose. Use it, don't...
