Yep - one way radio's to the team car - for wheel changes etc

and 2way to other team mates - to join a breakaway - call for help water etc.

 

This might just be the best way to start off - and if they then still feel the need to do a complete ban it would be easier from this step.

How can you win if you have no brains?You can have the best legs on the day but if you cant read the race how are you going to know when to attack or with which break away you must go with.
